    Tracking Package

    1. After the tracking number comes out, it usually takes a few days(within 3-5 business days) for the new information to be updated. Please wait patiently

    Lost Package/Unusual Package

    1. In the unfortunate event that an item is lost in transit, SHARGE will replace it at no cost to you, please contact our support team at: malaysia@sharge.com
    2. SHARGE will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please check your address when placing an order
    3. If you purchase multiple items in one order, SHARGE will ship them separately based on inventory and they may not arrive at the same time.
